Sharia as an occupational hazard

A woman who accused a colleague of rape in Dubai was instead jailed for extramarital sex. (Other sources include consumption of alcohol).

There is enough commentary on this online but a point seems to be missed. It was her employer who ordered her to go to Dubai for a business conference, thus exposing her to the dangers of a Sharia system. I think she should sue for this very fact.

Every employer registered in the West (whatever the ownership) should face a lawsuit if they send a woman, an openly gay person, or someone else likely to transcend Sharia “law” by their very being themselves to a Sharia place.
